🖼️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Provide clear photographs of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

• Gelato-Fulfilled Products: Gelato offers a quality guarantee. If the issue is validated by their quality assurance team, they will send a complimentary replacement or issue a refund. ​

• Creative.io-Fulfilled Products: Creative.io provides a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the product is defective or damaged in transit, you can return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. ​

🔄 Change of Mind

As our products are made-to-order, we typically do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we understand that circumstances can vary. If you wish to discuss a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns in this category are subject to the following conditions:​

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.​

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.​

• Refunds will be issued for the product price only; original shipping costs are non-refundable.​

📦 Lost or Undelivered Orders
