RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

At Landson Studios, we take great care in producing and delivering every artwork to the highest possible standard. If there is an issue with your order, we are committed to resolving it fairly and promptly.
As our artworks are produced to order, made-to-specification, or released as strictly limited editions, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at design@landsonstudios.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
This policy explains your rights regarding replacements, cancellations, damaged goods, and support relating to purchases made through landsonstudios.com.
1. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please email design@landsonstudios.com with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item and packaging where applicable
Once reviewed, we will work to resolve the issue promptly and may offer:
A replacement artwork; or
A repair where appropriate
Due to the made-to-order and limited-edition nature of our artworks, refunds are not typically offered unless a replacement or repair cannot reasonably be provided.
Where return of the item is required, we will provide a prepaid returns label or arrange collection at no cost to you. Please do not return items without contacting us first.
2. Change of Mind & Cancellations
Many Landson Studios artworks are produced to order, made to specification, framed to selection, or created as bespoke pieces.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised, bespoke, or made-to-order items may be exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right.
This means we are generally unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for:
Made-to-order fine art prints
Framed artworks produced to your selected specification
Limited edition artworks produced specifically for your order
Bespoke commissions or custom artwork
Please review your order carefully before purchase.
3. Bespoke Commissions & Custom Artwork
Deposits and payments made for commissioned or bespoke work are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
If a commission is cancelled before production begins, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, less any costs already incurred.
Where concept work, consultations, design development, or production has started, charges may apply proportionately to reflect completed work.
4. Returning Eligible Items
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Returned items must:
Be securely packaged
Be returned in original condition where possible
Include any original accessories or packaging
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for returns, as Landson Studios cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
5. International Orders & Customs Charges
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or similar charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If an order is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs fees or import restrictions, any shipping charges, customs costs, or associated fees incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund where applicable.
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
If goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
